theodore kang e roelofs (they/them, b.2001) is a multi-media sculpture artist from portland, oregon. they engage with historical material practices in textiles, printmaking, ceramics, architecture, and drawing. their practice explores tensions and dualities: of birth and death, preservation and decay, grief and love. they are inspired by natural phenomena, transsexuality and anthropology.
